Nail Spa

Very clean & wonderful service! Lisa is very talented & listened to what exactly what I wanted. I also got a full set french tip pedicure with acrylic added to both my big toes to add a little length. The lady who did my pedicure also listened to what i wanted and met my expectation. I will be returning again !!

I gave this nail spa two stars because I really did enjoy my pedicure; it was relaxing and well done. However, I was very disappointed with the acrylic nails. The acrylic was applied too far away from my cuticles, which made my nails look like they had already grown out for two weeks, even though it had only been one. On top of that, my nails were not prepped properly, and several acrylics on my right hand started popping off within a week. That’s never happened to me before since I usually get a solid two weeks before needing a fill, assuming proper prep is done. It’s unfortunate because instead of just getting a fill, I now have to get a whole new set. I was hoping to find a regular spot here, but this experience makes me hesitant to return. Got my nails done by Michelle. She did not do my nails correctly. The acrylic was applied away from my cuticles and she did the same with my nail polish. I kept telling her to push the nail polish closer. she kept huffing and puffing. Charged me 120 for these nails. My feet look the same way. It's only been a week and my nails look 3 weeks old! Smh

Not my first time here but will be my last. I came in with a picture reference and the nail tech started talking about me immediately. She was speaking Spanish and I do understand what they were saying. I continue my service because I don’t get my nails done often. When the nails became uneven I asked the tech about it and she started to shave my nails down even more and I told her I wanted the length and she continued to shave down my nail. I told her to stop and just paid for the service I received. She over charged me and the other lady had to refund me the rest. She offered to fix my nails but I declined because of the employees. Customer service is important no matter what the profession and the employees are a representation of the job.
