Nail Spa

Wonderful, nice people that did a great job. I asked her to do the acrylics thin and to put one on one toe and it came out perfect, just how I wanted it. She didn’t make me feel like I was giving her a hard time either. This is now my new nail place. Average price in comparison with other nail salons, very much worth it. I did not have enough money to tip too much, but next time I will DEFINITELY compensate.

This has been my regular for a while. Love the women. They always remember my name and what I like. They always accommodate me, especially today. They stayed 2 hours past closing. They do a wonderful job. Tammy is my favorite on the acrylics and Annie is my favorite on the toes. Great prices and ambiance.

This place has poor customer service. I called in advance to check how much it would cost for a pedicure with regular nail polish. I was told $27, I told the lady on the phone I would be dropping my mother off for this pedicure. I informed her that she didn't speak English and provided her with my mother's name. I dropped her off 15 min after I had spoken with the Lady over the phone. When I came to pick up my mother she told me they charged her $41 for the pedicure. My mother did get the callus removal which they had told her it would be $7 more. I honestly don't know how the total added up to $41 if it was regular polish pedicure with callus removal. It was okay. I got a gel manicure as a French tip but it was a bit sloppy. My fingers burned a lot in the uv light and there is a lot of residue left on my fingers. It's decent but doesn't compare to my old nail salon

Walked in this afternoon at 5:15 with 3 employees working and one person being attended to. They asked my mom and i to come back tomorrow. Change the sign on your door that says you close at 6pm and turn off the open sign if you don’t want to help customers after a certain time. I’m all about customer service and this nail spa failed us. Do yourself a favor and go to JoJo Nails up the street. They happily took care of us and they close at 6pm as well. Your loss at $200.
