Nail Spa and Beyond-Builder Gel/Gel X

This is what I was charged $86 for. The lady at the front desk said I will get 15% off due to the poor work and me not being happy with my nails. On Sundays they have a special between 9am-3pm where they give customers 15% off. So giving me 15% off wasn’t them trying to correct poor work it was what I should have been given due to the promotion they had going on. They said I could come back and have my nails redone by the same 2 people that did poor quality work and I refused I asked for them to take my nails off and a refund, but they refused and said they don't do refunds and that this policy is listed in their brochures and website. I asked to see it and they so happened to be out of brochures and the lady said she’s too busy to show me where on their website it said that they don’t do

They will change pricing in front of you and build in their tip. I was charged for gel on my hands and clearly didn’t get it. Paid for a $59 pedi and they charged $81. Admitted she changes the fees. Do not go. Recommend googling other places.

One of the most beautiful salons. The place is clean, staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. However this was the quickest pedicure I've ever had!! EVERYTHING felt half effort including the massage which i look forward to the most!! Base my tip on it. As a matter fact i wasn't told she was done, I had to ask her after I noticed what looked like small bubbles on the big toe, she said it was ok, but polished over it againi guess to say she did something...so I just left it alone. I was hoping being that they were not busy at all I would definitely not feel rushed but it wasn't the case. The receptionist was exceptional!!

Decided to try this place and pleased. Johny was my technician and he did exactly what I had imagined. Going on a Disney Cruise and wanted Mickey Mouse ears. I love my nails! Definitely recommend

Best nails and pedis hands down! Tiffany is absolutely phenomenal and can do anything with your nails! She is the best. Justin gives the greatest pedis. He takes his time and does not rush on any part of it. The salon is clean and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!
