I recently visited Nail Spa, and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the entire place was. The ambiance was soothing, with soft music and a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel immediately at ease. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and explained every step of the services I received. Do not come here and get your nails done They have no idea what they are doing and it is awful. I will never come here again. I have gave them several chances and probably have done and gone through every single nail tech there even Hannah who is so-called a good one. It’s a no go for me.

So today as usual I come in which the same color and set one finger glitter and the rest a normal color no designs. Well Ive always had long nails and coffin shape the older guy told me that they were charging me $60 for coffin and shape….it never been like that so I was like it never been like. I told the guy serval times that I didn’t want gel I want a normal color acrylic. They proceeded on with gel after I said no and charge me $60 which I’ve never paid for the same set I’ve always get it normally $40 my nails are cricket and etc they do not care what so ever as well my sister came with me today and we both have came before and total was usually $80 well she had a older lady she rushed threw her nails and cut her finger to the point they were bleeding!!! I went to this place until the older lady tore my cuticles and nails up, tried to do a simple bow and couldn’t.. so I never went back. Today my (adult) daughter went to get her nails and eyebrows done. The same older lady that everyone else is complaining about in these reviews, messed her nails up so bad! She has natural nails and get acrylic due to working with her hands everyday. This older lady gouged her nail, then couldn’t file them straight! Then was angry with my daughter cause she didn’t want her eyebrows done and didn’t even polish her nails!! And STILL charged 50$ All I can say is maybe get rid of the older lady or not let her do nails anymore because you lost another customer of years!!

me and my mom went went there and it was TERRIBLE!! absolutely disgusting. we both got soak offs and found out they reuse the acetone!…. after we took our hands out they poured it back into the bottle. so nasty tore our cuticles up, our nails up, everything!!
