Nail Sense

I was there for the 1st time with my 15 yr old daughter. we both had pedicure and the ladies did a good job. Then I had manicure and neck massage with Sunny, she is great. My daughter wanted manicure too and Sarah came to me while I was getting massage and asked me if she can do the plastic nails on my daughter and I DID NOT consent. I told her very clearly that no plastic nails, just clean and regular nail polish. she said OK and then did the plastic nails and gel nail polish. I was really upset that she did these even after I did not consent. I just kept quiet bcoz my daughter was having nails for the first time and she is happy. Sara charged me $75 for these nails which I did not consent for and demanded a higher tip than what I already gave to Sunny and the other 2 girls for pedicure.

No heat in this establishment. I complained immediately to which I was told the heat was on and it just needed time to warm up but I won't fall for that again. They will give you warm towels and free socks. They change the price each time for the same services. One time the nail tech followed me to my car because my $15 tip wasn't "enough". I felt so on the spot that I ended up giving her the rest of the cash that I had which was a $20. So she ended up with a $35 tip after I paid $65 for a mani/pedi. $15 is more than enough for a subpar manicure/pedicure. I should have never gone back after that. After freezing for 3rd time in this place I will never be returning. Filthy, unsanitary, and outdated - you can literally go anywhere else and have a better more relaxing experience and be warm!

Place is disgustingly dirty. Work utensils don't even look sterile and clean. Chairs shake aren't stable. Went in & said I just need my gel nail polish off of my feet and hands. That's it. And got charged $50 Refused to refund or discount. I kept asking why was I charged so much I thought it was 15 to take off the gel without any color changes or anything else. Ridiculous. Never again. And to top it off the tech kept asking for a bigger tip when I'm asking why I was charged so much.

The woman (Joanne) who did my acrylic nails did not know how to do acrylics at all. When she started, it looked as those she did not know how to use the brush, hold it or apply the acrylic to the nail. The acrylic was falling off the brush and the application just did not go as she intended. At one point it felt like she was trying to be stingy with how much powder she put on my nails. Those of us who get acrylic with tips know how hard the nail should feel when the acrylic is solidified. Has your nail ever felt bendy? No. Because it shouldn’t. On top of that I could see parts of my real nail not covered in powder. I corrected her multiple times, but it still didn’t feel like she did it right. Love this place ❤️ I came with my mom and mother in-law we walked in without appointment so we were asked to come back and when we did technician where ready for us, took us right in. All the girls are very friendly and did an excellent job. I got gel manicure and pedicure and mom’s got regular mani pedi we all loved it. Owner did my nails I couldn’t stop staring at it. I took so many pictures of my nails and the one I posted here is a week old picture and it still looks fresh… best thing they are open 7 day.. found my Nails place, coming back for sure. I would highly recommend.
