Nail Sensations

My experience at Nail Sensation was unacceptable. The staff were openly disrespectful and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism during foot care services. Their handling was aggressive, caused clear discomfort, and instead of responding with care or adjusting their approach, staff laughed when discomfort was expressed. This behavior is not only unprofessional—it is inappropriate for any business operating in the service and hospitality industry. Clients should never be mocked, dismissed, or treated without basic respect, especially when receiving a service that involves physical care. I will never return to this salon, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. The staff needs serious training in customer service, professionalism, and what it actually means

I love, love this salon! Had a medi/pedi party here and my friends had a blast! The staff did an amazing job and our nails were beautiful. You’ll definitely leave with you nails sensational!

They are clean and professional but the quality of my nails are terrible! Inside I didn’t notice but as soon as I am outside it was NOTICEABLE. The gel top coat wasn’t even so you can see every edge of My nails unglossed (even the streaks through my nails of parts where there wasn’t the gel top coat) and It also looks stained! This happened on both my toes and my fingers. I came here years ago and same thing happened. It’s my fault for wanting to give them a second change :(

With my short nails.... they definitely did a great job. I forgot the lady's name who did it for me, I think her name is Shanice or Denise, but she's at the front of the Salon, and she did my nails in the front and she did a great job! Especially with My weird fingers, and short nails.

Letina was excellent, strong hands for the leg massage with basic pedi! Bought gift cards for my sisters & mom!
