I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years and couldn’t be happier with the service. Angie is absolutely amazing! She always does beautiful work and is so kind and professional. Everyone at the salon is friendly and talented, and the environment is always welcoming. The salon itself is extremely clean, which is so important to me and something they clearly take seriously. Whether I’m getting a manicure or pedicure, I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend Angie and the whole team!

I got a gelX manicure and pedicure and couldn’t be happier with the results! Narineh was super friendly, professional, and really paid attention to detail. The shape, color, and finish were perfect, and everything was done with care and precision. My nails still look flawless days later with no chips. I really appreciated how hygienic the whole setup was—from sanitized tools to a clean work area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality gel nails and a relaxing experience at Nail Secrets.

Nail Secrets is hands down the best nail salon in LA! I’ve been coming here for over a year and their russian manicures are flawless and done with incredible attention to detail. They take such good care of your natural nails, my nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been. The salon is always spotless, the ambiance is relaxing, and the service is top-notch. I won’t trust anyone else with my nails!

I’ve been getting Gel-X consistently for over 5 years and have never experienced anything like this. I went to this salon on Wednesday for a full Gel-X set. The same day, one nail completely popped off. I went back and they fixed that nail, which I already felt wasn’t normal. The next day, another nail came off. I called and was told I could come in to “fix it,” but at that point I was already questioning the quality of the work. Then, within the next couple of days, three more nails came off. In total, five nails detached within days of service. This is clearly not normal wear — it’s an application/prep issue. What’s most disappointing is that the only solution offered was repeatedly “come back and we’ll fix it,” with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no refund, and no offer to re
