WOW, Chau has me starting my week off on cloud 9. I previously went to a local nail salon in OM, but service fell off after 2 years of patronage. I read Google reviews and ratings. Nail Reflections ratings are great and Chau received so many compliments. So, I booked an appointment and spoke to CHAU! He had me cracking up during our initial conversation. Even better, Chau SLAYED MY NAILS💅🏾! Do you HEAR ME?! Incredibly pleased, CHAU is the NAIL SLAY KING!! Thanks so much Chau!!🥰💫👋🏾

Everyone there is delightful,, one of the owners is a spiteful you know what !! Honest to god she gave me the WORST PEDICURE I EVER HAD !! She’s pissed at me because I switched from her to her husband who does a much much better job. $55.00 !!! I did not complain when I was in months before to get gel nail polish on my hands which slid off my fingernails . My daughter called and told the gal just to remove it from their rotation of polish. That’s all I did on their behalf and that’s how I got paid back. I have calluses still had dirt in my toenails from gardening outside!! Try to any of this happening she was a lovely woman. By the way, my appointment was with her husband, but I got stuck with her. Miss Spiteful and that’s being nice.

Paid $40 for SNS (plus tip) on Saturday. It is now only four days later and two of my nails have already chipped. I would definitely not recommend going here if you want your nails to last more than a few days. Leaving two stars because they did look nice for the first few days.

Chow is definitely the truth. He was very engaging & I let him do what he wanted for my Pedicure. Definitely going back
