Nail Q

I just moved to town and stopped into Nail Q for a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. Walking in without an appointment can be stressful, but they were super accommodating and friendly. I had a different technician for each service, and they all did a great job. I’m pretty simple with my nails and trust the artist to get it right—happy to say they nailed it! The salon was clean, well-run, and efficient, even going into Memorial Day weekend. The owner was kind and explained their loyalty program. I’m impressed and will definitely be back!

Everyone is very friendly. Amy is very warm and friendly. I have never had my appointment forgotten or they were too busy. I always book ahead of time. Amy is very patient and never appears rushed along with the other technicians. The salon is very clean and each station is cleaned after every customer. If you need help or need a suggestion or just do not know what to do about your nails (broken and weak) they are kind and listen to you and give professional advice. You are always asked about your next appointment. The employees make every effort to make sure you are happy and comfortable. I have always left happy and my services have been just what I expected. I highly recommend this salon it is worth the drive if you are coming from Newton area or Byram.

Absolute horrible place! I got fungus under my nail polish after getting my nails done here! Don’t go here, you will get fungus. I only had them on for a week and half, cost me $110.00 for pink and white gels,plus gave her a $20 tip, now it’s my daughters wedding this Friday had to get my nails done, went to Nail Design in Hamburg cost half the price. What a great job!!

Walked in for an eyebrow wax and ot was pretty busy but they took me right away and did a great job. Very friendly and kind and the place was nice and clean. Will come again to get my nails done next time.

If you’re expecting a good gel pedicure- do NOT go here. From the start, it was a weird experience. No water for soaking. They said they started with painting? Kindly told the nail tech she missed spots/ the paint job was not okay; she refused to fix. It has been two days and the GEL paint is chipping off. I was also left with cuts on my toes from them taking cuticles off without any soaking or cuticle oil. My feet do not look or feel like I got a pedicure and are worse off than I went in. Sadly, really disappointed.
