Raggedy Work! Got a Gel Manicure Saturday evening, grabbed something to eat from Pulp & before I even left the plaza the polish started peeling. Unfortunately, the shop was closed by the time they began to disintegrate and I was visiting from out of town so I didn't get a chance to demand they fix my nails. Idk if it's old polish or they just don't know what they're doing but the end results are terrible. The nail tech shaped them weird ah, got my natural nails looking busted. My friend got her nails done too and it wasn't as bad as mine but definitely not quality work. Cheap prices but not worth it. I'll have to get a complete redo.
Incredible pedicure! My daughter said “mom you need to come here for your feet” and I definitely was happy with my service today. Techs name is Kathy. I’ll definitely be back
I could of done better at home!! $60!! She even got nail polish on the top of my foot!!!
My experience was 10/10! Me and my mom are coming from out of town and we're so happy that we visited Nail Pros. My nail tech was Hanna and she was so sweet my entire visit. I encourage any out of town visitors or anyone that currently lives in Cleveland to come here to get your nails done!
This place forces customers to pay extra for things that should already be included, makes up excuses to raise the price, and treats clients disrespectfully. Completely unsanitary, unprofessional, Do NOT GO to this salon. First of all, the salon is dirty — the tools were not sanitized, and I actually had to ask them to wash something before using it on me. That is completely unacceptable. The prices posted are misleading and do not match what they actually charge. The manicure price was listed as $24 with card, yet I was forced to pay $29. At first they said it was because of a “card fee/tax,” then they changed their story and said it was because I asked to change the nail shape. All I asked for was round instead of square — a very basic request that should be included in the service. O
