Nail Pro

Update: I went back and had my nail art redone. I was given a 1pm appointment but ended up waiting 30 minutes. That was an inconvience because I had someone waiting on me. The lady that did my fill earlier that day tried to tell me that what I'm requesting can't be done and another girl there defended her and told me she did a "good job" and tried to tell me they were only going to fix part of it and I had to reiterate that I did not get what I asked for. Finally a nice young man stepped in and did exactly what I asked for. Part of the design couldn't be done because that lady filed my nails too short. The young man that did my redo does amazing work and very talented. I am very happy now. No longer embarassed for my nails to be seen. Changing my 2 star review to 4 stars. Photos 3 and 4 ar

I had an excellent experience at this salon. Rosie did a fantastic job on my nails with great attention to detail, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire team was also wonderful with the pedicure – very thorough, professional, and made the experience relaxing from start to finish. The salon itself is exceptionally clean, and I really appreciate that they sanitize all tools after every use. It shows their commitment not only to quality but also to customer safety. This level of care, combined with the friendly atmosphere, makes this salon stand out. Highly recommend!

Place is usually good, I may have to find another place unfortunately. We asked for 2 Gel pedi 1 with overlay on big toes (I called ahead to make sure) @10:30. We chose the #7 Gold Pedi 60mins it said. I noticed half way through that it seemed like a pretty basic pedi. I thought maybe the extras were coming towards the end? I wanted approximately 1/2 an inch of overlay on my big toes and they kept insisting that they use a tip. I didn’t want the glue and tip line. The girl that did my acrylic did her best, so I didn’t want to seem rude. My friend was finished in 35-40mins. I realized then, we weren’t receiving the Gold pedis. My overlay took a little longer, otherwise I would have been finished the same time. I went to the restroom when I finished and my girlfriend paid. She said the lady

I had a pedicure done at Nail Pro Tacoma. Quennie was my technician. She was fabulous: She diligently scrubbed my heels and soles of my feet, and I chose the Lavender treatment. Quennie did a very good job of my French tips. I highly recommend Nail Pro, and everyone is very friendly in the salon! Rosie, you're doing a great job, too!!

Beautiful nails. Wonderful experience, I will definitely be back. The place is fast, clean and very pretty! Would recommend to anyone
