Customer Reviews
I just got a pedicure by Nancy and it was the best. She removed all my calluses on my feet and gave a great massage for only $45 bc it was a Wednesday and they offer pedicures as low as 30 that day. The front office was also super welcoming too. Its nice to have a shop that gets the economy and do a great job. I will definitely be back to see Nancy bc my feet are so much smoother now.
This place is a complete sham. I paid $103 for a gel pedicure and 24 hours later it was peeling off. I went bk to get it fixed and was told to sit down and wait. 20 minutes later a very rude man asked me what the problem was. Again I explained and they offered to fix it. When I asked the female technician why it was peeling she “didn’t” understand English. After fixing it, it again was immediately coming off. When I complained they said sorry and dismissed me. I should have insisted on a refund. But apparently no one could speak English. Stay away!!
I got an excellent pedicure and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately an obnoxious drunk man came in acting terribly rude and disrespectful. Then he started insulting the staff and making overtly racist comments and demanding services for free then complaining about the price. I ended up yelling at him to leave and get out. The staff handled everything so gracefully, very professional and calmly. I just took advantage of not having to be the graceful one.
Stopped here for the first time. My pedicure was very good and my nails by Joe were very good. Joe had obviously just smoked a cigarette due to the strong odor. I smelled it throughout the entire service. I do realize that everyone is now charging $5 for tips but $7 to shape them is ridiculous. The expectation when you put on tips is that they’ll obviously be shaped. My nails with dip powder came to $57. This should also be mentioned ahead of time. I really liked my nails but won’t go back due to the $7 for shaping.
Decided to give this salon another chance since the first time was a bad experience. This time I asked for short/almond shaped nails I got uneven pointy nails and even though they have a promotion going on for $39 dipping powder she said it was $49 for my nails. I agreed in hopes that my nails would look good but again i was very disappointed and I will not be coming back.
