The most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, price changing as they desire, horrible work, yelled at me, rude, . Will go ( to make them fix) back , they will fix, or refund me. The picture with the heart, is what I asked for, shape , length everything except the heart. They changed me extra 10 for "long" nails. Extra 5 for shape. Which he didn't do. Im including a picture if nail length with measuring tape. The nail isn't even long enough to go past the silver tab used to hold the tape. Im sick of being ripped of by these type buisness. Not to mention the glue and acrylic all over my hands and fingers.

Oh my God I wish I could give this place zero starsThey were so unprofessional she uses large brush and wiped monomer in acrylic all over my skin, which started to burn like hell… then she was very aggressive with filing when I asked her to file my nails straight she got upset and started to get more vigorous in filing and rushing through my services. while she was drilling, she cut my skin and put the bits back in the drawer with the other ones. Run as fast as you can pass this dump

VERY RUDE I wish I had read the reviews before I walked into the place. The lady there Originally told me he could do my nails and understood what I wanted I didn’t want my nails cut down just wanted to repair two broken nails and take off the gel to get a thin overlay. After soaking She said she had to cut just a little bit and then turned me over to a man who did not understand what I wanted and refused to do my nails because I wouldn’t let him do what he wanted to do. I sat there for about 40 mins (because at that point my nails were a mess) while they proceeded with 4 new customers. I then decided to just pay them for soaking and left. They acted as if they wanted me to leave. I have pics of What my nails looked like before I went there and after I left.

They were rude. The lady did my mood polish and didn't put my hand under the uv light, so 30 minutes late my nails were messed up. When i said something no one had anything to say

I went for a pedicure and I couldn’t finish the service. The man nipped me numerous of times so he exchanged with an elderly woman. She ignored my injuries and continued the service knowing how deep my cuts were. Understand I didn’t see how much damage were done to my feet until she poured the alcohol. I will never be going back to this salon; they do not care about your well being and wants only your money.
