The technicians are good at there skill levels. However management seems to be unscrupulous. There credit card system never works, therefore you have to use their ATM, the wifi is always down, and they add $10.00 to what the technicians say the cost is. I believe the county or state licensing bureau should investigate, at least the monetary practices.

What happened to the lady Jenny that was working here who came from the shopping center on Liberty and Milford Mill? Find her and bring her back! Response: sorry owner, this is a real review. Your establishment has given people several fungal infections from not sanitizing your equipment. That’s why business is low. I assure you this review is real, and more people need to come forward. You cannot run a business this way. Great service is equal to sanitized service. Maybe a report to osha or BBB would help.

This was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Got it done Saturday. By Monday the gel was already lifting. Mind you I’m comic so I don’t do hard labor. I’ll never go back. And my mother’s manicure was trash as well. Both of us got gel. You would never know by the condition of our nails. Don’t waste your money here. Sn. I’m updating this review on 2/27/25. The company is saying this a fake review. It is 100% not. I spent $76 on two horrible nail jobs. There is no reason my cuticles look like this after 2-4 days. And around the edges of the middle finger the gel was lifting the next day. Do better.

I wish I checked the views b4 I came here. I was burned on 3 fingers, my nails where a mess she was too ruff and he told me $60.00, I asked him 3 times how much because I could not b lieve he was sayn $60.00, and than he says the debt machine is not working I can use their ATM and it charges 99 cents ( R u serious). I said I will never come back here I gave $60.00 ONLY. The squares where so pointed I kept sticking and scratching myself I had to file them. They charges me 18.00 to take off nailsthat was already falling off, i could have went 2 my car and bite/pop them off. And i had my own polish....NEVER AGAIN THE WORSE PLACE I'VE BEEN TO.....

I don't have time for stress. I just go straight to Justin. He has been doing my nails for 7yrs at his milord mill location before moving to nail pro a while ago. Justin for nails, Jenny for pedicure & brows. End of discussion. This is a 2 and a half week old nails made by Justin, no issues.
