Nail Pro - Downtown Chicago

First time visiting this salon and very happy with the results! Mai provided a great no-chip, spa pedicure, and Tiffany replicated the design I wanted on my nails perfectly! Both ladies were very sweet, will be visiting again! As an update, I visited the salon a second time today and Emily did a wonderful job with my nails! She was very friendly and did a great job with the design I requested!

Mai and Yossy have done such a wonderful job with my nails! After trying various places in the city this was the closest I’ve gotten to a perfectly filed down coffin shape. I will keep returning ! Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Nail Pro for a decade and have had some amazing experiences and nail sets done by Mai. Mai is a real nail artist, you can show her a picture and she can replicate it or make the design better. She never makes you feel rushed or like she trying to get to the next client. She’s been a staple for years. She’s a huge reason I’ve remained loyal.

Tiffany is truly exceptional. Hands down the best nail artist I have found in the city. Every single time I bring her a design, she executes it flawlessly with precision, creativity, and care. Her attention to detail is unmatched and I always leave beyond satisfied. Love Nail Pro as a salon deserves just as much praise. The entire team is warm, professional, and welcoming, and they are refreshingly clear and transparent about pricing, which I really appreciate. It is the kind of place where you feel taken care of from start to finish. I will absolutely remain a loyal client for as long as I am in Chicago.

First time here and it was the best experience ever. I got a manicure and pedicure ( gel x) With Tiffany and Emily. My nails and toes were done correctly and perfectly. I had no complaints and they were the sweetest nail technicians. I am very satisfied And I will definitely be returning. If you need to get your nails done. Come here!!!!
