Terrible, awful, horrendous! If you want chop shop quality nails then look no further but if you’re looking for good quality nails that last DO NOT GO HERE! If I could leave a zero star review I would. I came in against my better judgement as it is located in a mall, however, they were the only place open when I got off work. I have been getting Gel X for a while and it typically lasts at least 4 weeks and has even stayed on 6 weeks before. I went on Thursday 10/30 and got a new set of gel x. The female nail tech only did one coat of polish. The nails looked fine but within the first 3 days one of my nails broke off. I went back and they fixed it on 11/3. I even tipped the nail tech who fixed it! Over the next week, the same nail broke off again and so did another one. The nail that broke

I brought my son there when he was 5 for a "first day of kindergarten" manicure. They did a rainbow on his nails and he LOVED it. Yesterday I brought my now 6 year old and three year old. They are great with kids and charged a special $15 price per child for the manicures. My kids practiced explaining what they want and don't want in a service situation and I got to get a pedicure in peace lol.

I love them!! Was done super fast but also with precision! This set cost $90, a very reasonable price compared to other salons I’ve visited and gotten similar designs.

I like them very much buy they don’t disinfect their tools . I have to tell them every time to clean them at least with alcohol before using them on me or my daughter, and actually days ago after having my pedicure done the guy used the cuticle cutter and putted back in the basket without disinfecting. I told them I had a fungus in my big toenail from them 3 years ago and took almost 2.5 years of treatment to get ride of it but they just smiled , I don’t think they understood. lol after 3 years I went back because the location is just great and even if I have the bad fungus experience they have a nice personality and my daughter loves her nails designs. PLEASE DISINFECT YOUR TOOLS IN FRONT IF YOUR CLIENTS .

I appreciate their customer service, any issues I've had regarding service was promptly dealt with, nails came out great :)
