1st and last time going there. Did a walk in on Saturday. Absolutely not happy with the service I was provided. Went in for a pedicure and fill. The lady who did my feet was nice and friendly ..ensured I was happy every step if the way. Not even a whole day later my nails where chipping. I called that Monday to see if they were open since it was a holiday. Due to the language barrier I didnt bother to explain the issue so I just went up there.  I get there... Explain the issue while showing my nails. The man walks off and then the lady comes and looks, they then tell me I have to come back another day because the lady who did them was not there that day. I refused to come back later. Fortunately I have a job and anydays later my nails would have gotten worse. So the lady went ahead and fix

I would give this place no stars if I could only decent nail tech there was Dep and she’s gone. They have no customer service skills at all and say they take walk ins but soon turned several people away at the door claiming to be busy but had techs in there sitting on their phones doing nothing. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

I have been to almost every nail salon in Kingstowne and I was never happy, for different reasons. I finally went through Google reviews and found they had more stars them all the other ones. So I thought I would try them out, knowing my nails are destroyed. I can only Gove high praise to Suzanne. She took the impossible amd saved my nails workout me getting a new acrylic set before my vacation. My manicure and pedicure came out amazing and I walked out of there satisfied and relax. I am definitely going to make this place my number one choice in the area. Be smart call the day prior and make an appointment with Suzan. She's off on Tuesdays. However, they do take walk in's all the time

Susan does an amazing job! She never disappoints her clients!! She gives an amazing service! I totally recommend her to anyone!!!

Very friendly and great service. I was a walk in and was greeted immediately. Got a natural nail French manicure and they did a great job. Very gentle and made sure my nails were completely dry before I left. Looking forward to going back!
