Nail Polish Spa

Do not come to this place. I came in to get acrylic nails removed that she had done on me recently and she was on the phone not paying attention to what she was doing and clipped off the nail way too close to my natural nail bed and she used nail glue to GLUE MY NATURAL NAIL back together that she cut. She left acrylic all over my nails, they’re uneven and lumpy, as you can see there is acrylic peeling in the photos. I complained to her and she blamed it on me that i asked for them short when that was not at all my complaint. I didn’t even get polish because she has her unlicensed son doing people’s nails. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE this is the worst service I have ever received and will not be back. She also made me pay 20 dollars for her to ruin my nails. This place is a joke!

Almost definitely some of the best nails you were going to get in the Coos Bay area. I asked for medium length almond acrylics with a pearly rainbow color and some abstract 3-D. I showed her my reference photo, and she did sooooo well. She was very personable, and was always double checking if the length or color were ok. She also suggested things that she thought might enhance the look!! I paid $90 for the set, which is a definitely a fair price for the complexity of what I asked. Overall a great experience, will definitely get my nails done here again!!

I’ve been having my nails done for nearly 40 years. From North Carolina, California, and Oregon. I’ve been going to Tu for nearly 2 years. I love the way she does the shapes, the length, never have a problem with lifting. You can almost always get an appointment when you need it. She takes her time with every single client. And her nail art is absolutely amazing. try her chromes! I highly recommend going to Nail Polish Spa

I love going here! She does a great job and when I break a nail, she has fit me in to fix it. I experimented this last time. And I'm not disappointed! Have been doing the magnetic cat eye polish. Nearly tried every color.

Paid 70$ for an acrylic set, I don’t think I’ll be back. If I’m paying that much I would expect my nails to all be the same shape and to be straight which they weren’t. I brought up that some looked crooked when she put on the tips but she said she’d fix later but she didn’t. One of my nails is pretty long compared to the others and there’s some spots of missing polish. The artwork looks nice from afar but up close you can notice all these things. I won’t be back but I’m sure this place is good in a pinch.
