Cut into the cuticle to the point of bleeding, cut thumb nails down to the quick and unevenly, all nails shaped unevenly, and had to remove the polish because it wouldn't dry even after an hour. Instead, it was tacky and just moved around on the nail.

Anna is the best nail tech I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend her. The facilities are very clean and there is an upbeat vibe often lacking in other nail salons.

This is my favorite nail salon! They have a clean space, some more natural polish, and the owner Hua (“Cindy”) is lovely. I’ve had numerous great experiences here!!!

Not a good experience 😕 went by myself for pedi on Mother's Day, I asked for extra leg massage. the whole pedi took her 20 min. I never been so rushed! I would of preferred if they were honest and said no we can't take you as I was a walk in. To top it off, the nail technician asked me to pay right away. which was fine, but then she stayed and stared at me until I handed her a tip. I was fumbling through my purse to find money as I wasn't quite ready to tip and wanted to relax at least while I was having toes dry. I am in the business too, and even though her manners were off and she did not do a great job, I would of still given her 20% tip, but waiting for me put me over the edge and was just rude. She was a tall Asian woman, hair was a bit longer than her shoulders.
