Nail Perfection & Spa

The manicurist spoke to me twice the entire time, to wash my hands and how much to pay. No one greets you at the front, it was my first time there and first gel manicure and no one helped at all. The manicurist was watching the door the entire time, she kept looking up and around and was almost not paying attention to what she was doing. She was really rough too. This was a trial run to see if I would like to use them for my wedding and my bridal party, I’m happy that I went before because I will not be returning to this location.

Usually I see Albert here but he was not available this time so I had a woman I’ve never seen before. Before we started I clearly expressed my concern for how thin my nails were and where one was starting to rip. She said okay and then proceeded to ignore everything I said and filed at my nails so much (including my skin multiple times) she was so rough and almost cut my finger in the nail clippers if I didn’t pull away. It was a painful manicure and now my nails are even worse and my cuticles are all cut up. The gel should have been soaked off, not electric filed. I will go back and only see Albert from now on. The manicure looks great though but not worth the pain or damage that could have been acknowledged!!!

Albert is the only employee who consistently performs at a high level. If he is unavailable, I'll consider returning later. Unfortunately, the other staff members exhibit rudeness and lack the necessary experience. Additionally, the language barrier presents a significant challenge.

Excellent service all around! Go the extra travel distance for their customer and nail service.

My niece got gel polish, they were expensive didn’t even wash or lotion her hands and manicure was sloppy. My two daughters got pedicures and manicures. They charged me last minute an extra 10 dollars for one glitter nail, did not give them proper manicures just polished their nails although I was charged for a full manicure, and one technician gave my daughter an actual manicure while the other one basically washed her feet and painted her toenails. They were very expensive, rushed the services, and have no manners or personality! I will not be visiting there again!
