i truly never leave bad reviews, ever. but my experience here was so disappointing that it feels unethical to not warn others that you are going to spend a lot of money for really poor service. i went in to have my acrylic set filled almost two hours before they closed. the woman at the desk told me i couldn't have ombré, even with just regular polish. i didn't entirely believe her, because ombré nails were achievable in 2018, it's just two colors. and then she rushed me when i had to look through all of the color options because i couldn't get the very simple request i came in with. the other woman, who actually performed the service, made my nails THICK. i showed her numerous photos of the shape i like, long and thin, but she made the nail beds at least a centimeter tall. they looked lik

I went to this place because my regular spot couldn’t get me in my only free day. I went in for a fill with gel polish. The Board said $40 and up. I got regular polish with no design and was charged $50. On top of that the man put no base polish for the gel either just put the first coat of color on which was unusual!! Within the same week my nails have started chipping. I’m assuming since my nails were not done properly that’s why. Absolutely ridiculous considering I paid an additional $10 with no explanation. I will not be returning seeming as my nails lasted a week in decent condition and I came in with a 4 week old set and not one chip from the place I go to. Our absolute favorite nail salon!!! The ladies are always so good to us! So friendly and caring! We love our visit every two weeks! Tonight I changed up my nail shape and I’m in love!!! Their pedicures are also amazing!

I am not from the area and came here on a recommendation. I came with 5 other women to get our nails done for my wedding. We had 6 manicures and 5 pedicures and we all were done within an hour and a half. I can be picky about my nail shape and usually end up having to reshape them on my own once I am home. I have been getting dip manicures for the past few months to find something I like. Winnie, who did my nails got the shape perfectly! She has great attention to detail and got every bit of my nail when applying the dip. I also have sensitive cuticles which have bled every other time I got my nails done. I've been going here since I was a teenager to get acrylic nails and fills because they're the best option in town but lately the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. Also somehow the communication has gotten worse. I went in last week for a full set of acrylic nails which according to the pricing board in the entry is $55 and up, or $65 and up for pink and white. I made an appointment for a pink and white set and white set, I was given pink, no white and then when I asked for the tips to be painted because he didn't do the white in acrylic like he was supposed to he seemed very annoyed. The white is painted unevenly, the acrylic is not smooth or uniform and today, less then 7 days later one of the nails snapped off and I'm now left with a very painful finger with the nail belo
