Nail Perfection

Jimmy did such an amazing job on my nails and paid so must attention to detail. He really took his time and literally made sure they were perfect. Christine is also amazing—on my last visit here, I was on my lunch break and rushing. Christine jumped in to assist the nail tech to help the service go faster. I really appreciate how much care they put into making sure I had a great experience.

Flew into town for work this morning and needed to relax after checking into my hotel nearby. Tina took care of me and provided a very good service. She was very friendly and thorough, making sure every cuticle was cleaned up. Will be back again next time I’m in town

It was my first time at Nail Perfection Chicago, and it was great! The quality and price are just right, and the staff and owners are so kind, welcoming, and professional. They were attentive and gentle, which made the whole visit really pleasant. If my nails last well, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a reliable and friendly gel manicure spot!

This was my go to spot until I had a horrible experience. I didn't notice them clean or sanitize their tools, and the technician's work space was filthy and covered in nail debris from a previous client. 4 hours later and ive got an red, inflamed nail edge. I also made an appointment and had to wait so long that ultimately my gel mani/regular pedi took almost 3 hours. Go somewhere else for peace of mind and lower chance for any kind of infection. Update - ended up having to go to urgent care the next morning for antibiotics (right before vacation) as I woke up and the whole fingertip was very very painful and inflamed. I called to ask for a refund and she refused to take accountability and said that since the infection showed up after the service it wasn’t related. Then she hung up on me.

I’ve gone to this salon for going on 6 years- 10/10 Jimmy makes my nails look so nice and I can go 4 weeks between fills bc they grow out and still look great! I let everyone know who compliments my nails to go there!
