Nail Parlor

I have never had a negative experience until today. I showed them a photo of Christmas design that I wanted for mani and pedi. The girl who did the pedi was ok but when she finished my pedi, she said she had a client and transferred me to this older guy. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The lines on my nails are crooked, he put snowflake stickers on my nails and I can feel them as if he didn't use enough top coat to protect them, one nail wasn't filed correctly and they just look a hot mess. I feel as though they just gave this giy to me for kicks despite one girl sitting and watching a movie on her cell while sipping an iced coffee, another playing with her son and the older woman lounging in the pedi chair. Do not go here.

Ok so first, I’ve been here 4 times in not because I haven’t been able to get to my other spot up the northeast!! I always get the gel builder (they don’t really know how to do it) but some how the end result comes out ok but I don’t know why I chose to get a pedicure!! HUGE MISTAKE!!! The guy was rough and aggressive with my feet, then he didn’t even dry my feet off before he put the gel paint on, barely cleaned and clipped the cuticles!! Safe to say I won’t be returning after this visit they need to learn how to do nails and feet better! I could’ve done this at home.

I moved to south Philadelphia in 2021. 5 Stars. This have been my nail salon since I moved. Never waited a long time & my nails are always very nice. I like to go to the girl at table 6 she wears glasses. She is great at what she does (july2023). I always get my eyebrows done.

I did my nails last Saturday it’s been exactly 1 week and 2 already popped off , and the rest are lifting , I give a 2 star only because the lady does my eyebrows great but for nails I will not be going back , biggest waste of money !

This is my third time coming here, and officially my last. No one gets over on us (black community) more than the Asian businesses in predominantly black neighborhoods. I came for a gel refill and pedicure and was over charged (felt like robbery). I showed the nail tech a pic of hearts and he gave me stickers even after I asked to have them drawn on. Then when I went to pay I was charged $5 for each of those stickers!!!!!! I was furious. I now understand why some woman act out in those salons. Because instead of offering to fix an issue they stand strong on stuff I know that they don’t believe is fair. They have a $3 card fee which is bogus. They aren’t sociable unless it’s amongst themselves, they don’t make you feel welcomed. No ones polite or smiles. No rapports being built. They hate u
