Nail Palace

I've been going to Vicky at Nail Palace for years. I've gotten everything from waxing to mani, pedi ,gel and acrylic nails.Nail palace is the only place I will go. Great service and Vicky is great. Very professional and clean environment. 6/29/2022 I walked out again very pleased and very happy with my new beautiful nails. Got a fill with nail color changed and pedi. Always satisfied with Vicky's work. Love love love the hot pink with the metallic ring finger nail color. 10/15/25 I’m still coming to Nail Palace! I won’t go anywhere else. When everyone is going up on prices, Vicky’s is still the same and it’s very reasonable for the work she does. I love it at Nail Palace!

Worst nail salon I’ve gone to in my life. Vicky did my nails and I thought this place would be decent because of the reviews that have but I was wrong. First, dirty. The salon is dirty, the white desks they work on are dirty and look like they haven’t been wiped down in years with a lot of scum buildup on the sides. Now, I went asking for acrylic because some of my nails were shorter than the others. I then ask for the color white, and Vicky says that white isn’t a good color on me and recommends an “off white”. I take her suggestion because I thought it would be a nice color. Now, she starts to clean my nails and files them down. Everything seems like it’s going fine. Fast forward to the powder filling that’s being added to my nails. It LOOKS thick, but I rarely get my nails done so I wai

I have absolutely no idea why this place has a 4.9 stars. The only reason why I am going to do a review is so I can warn anyone that is new to the area that would like an honest review. Don’t waist money or time coming here. For starters I am usually never vocal when I am getting my nails done but I was in so much pain that I had to tell Vicky that the way she was doing everything was painful. I asked for oval nails with a light French tip. The tips are huge and lets not even talk about the shape because it’s actually embarrassing. The pedicure was fine with Jackie and that is the only reason why I am adding 2 stars otherwise I would give them a minus 5 (if I could). So upsetting to have to pay for this and on top of everything else get treated poorly.

Nails are always well done. The design department is lacking if you want something super fancy, but everything else is good, including the conversations. I attached a pic of my nails two weeks after she did. They are still in great condition!
