Nail Palace

I was a long-time client of Nail Palace off LA73 but now I'm trying new places. The pedicures were nice until recently when the lady hurt me 3 times, on 2 separate occasions. I think her eyes are failing. So I decided no pedicures there, but I went in for nails which always turned out pretty. There are LOTS of nail polish colors to choose from & rows of options - regular, gel, and dip polish. There was just too much complaining when I asked for a design. They did it, reluctantly, and only because they weren't busy. They don't have decals or gems. The bathroom needs attention! I always got a greeting, and we had good conversations since there wasn't much of a language barrier. There is no drink offer, unlike many other nail salons. It makes a difference.

First time going here and it was a great experience. They were so busy and still rotated so that everyone was taken care of. My nails are gorgeous and I’ll definitely be a regular customer!!!
