Nail Palace

I had a great experience! I told them what I wanted and they immediately began working. Everyone was kind and welcoming🩷. My toes are beautiful and Tim did exactly what I wanted for my nails! I’ll be back soon 💕.

I love love love this shop I live in east Baltimore and I still drive all way to nail palace to my girl Trish! She is the best hands down no one else can touch my nails. In the pic my nails three weeks old and still look good

I’ve been going to Tim for a little over a year and he’s hands down the best. His attention to detail, creativity, efficiency and excellence have made me a loyal customer. I appreciate that he never tries to upsell me and always just wants to make sure I’m happy with my nails.

Absolutely love this place!! Very clean, nice, and welcoming. Such a beautiful place and always playing good music. Employees always start a conversation and make sure you are comfortable!! Hidden gem for sure!! Tim is great :)

Zero out of Five! My daughter got her nails done and all of her nails were sore afterwards. She asked for a refund and that her nails be removed immediately. The manager refused to give her a refund but said they would take them off. This is not the first time she has had acrylic and was trying a new salon. She has NEVER experienced sore nails. The manager should have taken into consideration that the services rendered was a poor application and refunded her money even if it was at least half. We will not be using this nail salon again and will take our business elsewhere. Do not recommend.
