Services: Gel Polish Manicure and Regular Pedicure. Letting you know about a recent experience that is not okay for a business to operate. Unfortunately, had to pick one star because a no star rating is available. The little older lady that works at this place put me out of nail shop because I asked for no drill to be used on my nails because they damage the nail bed. She said, “all places use drill”. I answered no, they do not. Because I real professional shop will give you a choice or take the time to buff (Nail Tek does). She continued rather forcefully. I initially stopped going here because of the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the workers. I decided to give them another chance after hearing there was new management, but I regret that decision. Today, I requested a pedicure and a full set. I received the pedicure, but when it was time to start my nails, the remaining workers looked confused and refused to take me. The woman who did my pedicure then told me to come back tomorrow. This makes no sense. I’m a paying customer, and they knew from the beginning that I wanted both services. Why act confused when it was time to complete the full service? My experience felt rushed and incomplete simply because the staff didn’t communicate that they were about to close. Hello guys I went in to get a fill and and pedicure. The First Lady that did my feet was amazing when it was time to get my fill-in the young lady was great but my fiancé was over charged and the young lady took upon her self to paint my nail with gel instead of what I requested which was regular polish. When I spoke with her as she started was it gel or regular. she stated I figured since you already had gel on your hand that I would do gel. I explained her that’s not what I asked for. I ended up speaking with the manager and she gave me 10 dollars back. My bill should have been 65 instead My fiancé was charged 85 and you give me ten back. I went to get a pedicure today and I made an appointment with Andrea and for like three years she’s been doing my feet and hands. I asked her a few questions and she was very rude to me today. I like to get an overlay on my big toe and I like it a little longer so when it’s filed down it will be the length that I like. Well today home girl made the length how she wanted. When I said something about it she was rude, then she said when you come next time get someone else to do it. I said I’m paying for this so you should do what I ask you to do, then I said we can stop now. I then asked her to take the overlay off and she said no, so I left. I won’t be back.
