The customer service at this shop was horrible!! I was kindly telling the technician how I wanted my nails to be done and his reply to me was that he has been doing nails for a long time. Never again will I pay my hard working honest money to receive the type of customer support I did at Nail Mystique. As you can see my tips are unevenly shaped, sloppy, bulky, and not even fully covering my nail bed all for $30! If you want to be satisfied with your nails do not go here 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤞🏾

Pedicure was nice , but the rest was a nightmare . First they tried to cut my nails down insisting they were tips . After I convinced them they were real he tried to use a file on the dip polish . I told him to soak them in acetone. He told me he knew what he was doing. Shaping my nails was tourture as he filed my skin more than my nail. It was supposed to be ombre, not sure what I would call what I got . Nails are lumpy and uneven. One broke 2 days later switching off a light switch . Another while on vacation and one today . I have never had my nails break this way . And the excruciating pain because they break below the line .I will never return there. What a waste of time and money .

I wanted to get my nails done today. I walked into this business and the lady told me she was too busy I could come back later. mind you there was only 2 customers in there and I wouldn’t have minded waiting.. she didn’t ask my name or anything or even ask me to make an appointment so I went to sun nails and spa right down the road and spent $100 they wanted my money and were much more professional and nice. I won’t be back here they didn’t leave a good impression on me
