Nail Luv & Spa

I have been going to Nail Luv since 2013 & it started as pedicures, but since then I’ve been getting gel & eyebrows, etc. it’s where I bring all out of town friends bc everyone there does a great job, I have no favorites! If there’s a wait, it’s always worth it, but booking an appointment is also super flexible. They’re always open after work & they’re all so nice/helpful. They did my wedding nails & as long as they’re available, I’m happy to support them!

I have been going to Nail Luv for a couple of years now. I had never had any real issues until recently. The last 2 times I got my nails done I had explained to the girls that I had two fingers that had been injured before and were very sensitive to grinding and the heat. I had actually had stitches in those fingers before. Also explained my nails are very thin and when they start grinding the acrylic down to to fill, and if they grind in one spot too long it feels quite Hot, burning my fingers. I would let them know hey, thats HOT. I would even start to pull my hand away. Of course they get agitated with me, but i'm paying for the service. This last time I had explained to Tran, the same thing. When she was using the grinder, She kept looking all around and she kept talking to the tech, n

I used to love going to this salon and always recommended them for nails and pedicure. The last 2 times I went they rushed both services my feet still felt rough and this time not even a week later my nails have lifted and 1 broke off. I don’t live close or I would see if they will make it right but I will not spend any more money with them.

only good for toes. and can’t do modern square nails. they rushed the whole process and the tech was extremely rude to me. if you’re black and speak up about what you don’t like they are rude and disrespectful. very bad customer service. nothing like the inspiration photo.

I have been coming here for years and will continue to come back in the future! I asked for an ombré set today and Vanna did an AMAZING job. She was very detail oriented and accommodated any changes I asked for. I’m so happy with how pretty these turned out!!
