NAIL LOUNGE

Literally the best manicure I've ever had. Let me be clear, the nail tech said maybe 2 words to me and silently worked on my nails and I was perfectly fine with it. He was meticulous and didn't act like another nail tech, he was an artist who creates nails. He recreated exactly what I wanted and it was less expensive at other salons that did worse or couldn't recreate basic designs. If you have a problem with "customer service" go to a worse salon, if you want art on the tip of your fingers, go here.

Lana always does the best job on my nails! Everyone there is great to work with. I often go in not really knowing what color or design I want, and she always helps make sure my nails look and feel great! 10/10 recommend! Photos are of the first time Lana did my nails and the most recent is for maternity photos. We don’t know if it’s a boy or girl, so she helped pick out a fun pink/blue ombre! You can see how much longer and healthier my nails are since going regularly to her☺️

Kevin is the absolute best! He is so talented and can execute any nail design. Oh and little sesame the dog is the cutest ever!

Loved my nails when they were first done until 3 days after getting dip, they were cracking and chipping on the edges. When I called them about it, (keep in mind I took pictures before fixing anything myself) and told them I would like them redone, she rudely said because I touched them they wouldn’t redo them without me paying full price. I told her I had pictures of them before I filed them (they were catching on everything, had no choice). This was a callback after asking the owner. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and being in an upscale town even…they should NOT be in Rochester. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I had a terrible experience. It was the first time I took myself for some self care and got a pedicure in a long time. My technician was Rob. He worked super fast, slammed everything down, yawned the whole time, kept dropping stuff, misplaced the uv light on my left foot when it was curing, and then told me to keep my feet straight I was trying to move my feet so he could perform better, and that was stressful. I was silently crying. I picked a pretty polish 472, and my big toes look great, but my little toes barely have polish on them. I got the deluxe pedicure at 35 paid 10 bucks more before the technician Emily came she asked me if I wanted Shellac, and I told her yes.
