Good experience I’ve been coming here for 5 years going on 6 I love my nail tech she’s the best if she’s not here I don’t do my nails With nobody else but her if you want to know her name her name is Annie

I’ve been doing my mani pedi there for years, and I’ve always been received right and treated with respect. Of course I’ve had the occasional cut and misunderstanding, but they always fixed it. Idelin and Leyni are very helpful, patient and caring. Idelin makes sure that her clients are happy with their nails and she takes pride in doing them. I also recommend this place because their prices are reasonable compared to other places and it’s clean. CND.

Not walk in friendly, schedule your appointment ahead of time. I took my mother and they told her she’d have to wait we sat for an hour and then when I asked for the wait time it was another 1hr and 30 minutes. I won’t be coming again but to anyone who is just schedule and don’t walk in.. Edited in response to the owner: We came in, asked if there would be anyone available, the worker said you'd have to wait, no wait time was provided and we sat there OVER AN HOUR had passed not 35 minutes. I then asked how long we would have to wait and she said 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was taking my mom for her birthday to do her nails and SHE WAS NOT SEEN we did not leave 6 minutes after being seen no ones nail were done here!!. We went to another nail salon with a lower wait time and better communicat

I’ve never taken the time to write a ONE STAR review before but seems like I have the time today. First off, the place is down right dirty. The technicians are not cleaning their supplies or work areas. I felt like I was in a third world country to be honest with you. I expected better. The technicians were eating in their clients faces (mine). The one technician that worked with me that day was Idelin. And she insisted on eating while working on my feet and was dropping food particles in the water, basically making a foot soup. I’m never coming back to this godforsaken establishment. They need to be more careful hiring these people, because they are NOT professionals. Such a scoff of a day I had with this place. Especially IDELIN. DO NOT REQUEST HER.

I honestly cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. I scheduled a pedicure ahead of time, showed up on time, and STILL waited 15 minutes. And the worst part? Idelin starts my pedicure… then abruptly stops halfway through and walks off to do someone else’s lashes. No warning, no apology, nothing. Just left me sitting there like my appointment didn’t matter at all. If I wanted to waste my time, I could’ve done that at home for free. I didn’t call ahead just to be treated like an afterthought. The way Idelin handled this was careless, disrespectful, and honestly kind of unbelievable. This is not how you treat paying clients. Absolutely would not recommend. There are too many salons out there that actually respect people’s time.
