Not terrible but not impressed enough to go back. I got a gel manicure and the spice pedicure for my gender reveal that adternoon. For the manicure, they shaped my finger nails buffed them and painted them. Then I had oil rubbed on my hands and arms. I could have done that myself for $48. I did not leave feeling like I just had a manicure done. I will say, the extra cost did come from using 3 colors in the gel manicure. Had to re-do the baby feet and really should have asked to have them done again but the colors were light enough I knew no one could tell unless they were up close. Still not worth the extra price for what I got done. The pedicure itself was ok. They werent scrubbed very much and the paint job looked like I painted them myself at home. I’m extremely disappointed in these nails. He left a bunch of crust all over my cuticles that is extremely hard to get off. The nails don’t go to all the way to the sides of my nails, they stop short and are extremely messy. He left pink residue all over my nails and was about to let me walk out until I said something. At the end, I ripped the man that did my nails and he didn’t even say thank you he just said “how much”.

I appreciate that they got me in fast, however, he cut my pinky using the nail filer. Usually, its not that big of a deal, but he continued to be rough with my pinky with the filer, causing it to continue bleeding and be painful. The nails themselves were supposed to just be matte black dip, but ended up being very scratchy. They're thin to the point of being flimsy and bending under slight pressure, and already chipped just from picking off excess product from my fingers. Its matte black dip, but theres so few layers that theyre see-through. Everything felt overly aggressive and rushed. I genuinely tried to have a good time and stay optimistic since its ny birthday, but it really soured my mood a bit. I am new to the area and I couldn’t find my forever nail home. As soon as I started I started coming to nail lounge I was so impressed with the quality of service and how they went above and beyond my expectations! I have been so happy with every nail tech here! They are always busy so make sure you book an appointment! As someone who used to drive to Dallas to get my nails done. I can say best in the plano/allen area!!!!

Kristene did my dip powder set & I absolutely love the way it came out. They took their time, which was worth it. The shape and thickness of my nail are done nicely! The picture doesn’t do it any justice. Lynn did my pedicure & I feel like the polish could’ve been applied more neatly or the excess polish could’ve been wiped off after, as you can see in the picture my big toe is missing some polish on the side. Julie worked on my husbands pedicure and he said it was the best pedicure he’s had in a while. They took their time with the pedicure & did an amazing job with the foot massage. Overall the service here is friendly & inviting. Although my husband & I weren’t offered any complimentary beverages.. All of our questions were answered so staff are knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable.
