Nail & Lash Lounge

Debating what to do the worse eyelashes ever and they made excuses as to why they charged me 250.00 for something which was only 130.00. Been here before years ago but now I won’t return. Plus my eyes are itching and swollen and the product is suppose to be skin tested 48 hours before application. She did refund me 75.00 but nothing for the quality of work and my extreme discomfort. UPDATE 04.30.25 We had issues with what I am entitled to and I am happy to say that my total lash cost was refunded. My tip which I provided in cash is my loss. I didn't know how my lashes or my skin would react. To recap: Overcharged 75.00 refunded After one week the owner worked with her subcontractor and they agreed to refund my full cost which occurred yesterday.

I’ve been going to Nail and Lash Lounge for both nails and lashes for years now. Penny is the best nail tech although all the girls are incredible. Their prices are reasonable and my nails have never looked better!!

Kait is the best! She always executes my visions perfectly. My nails always last so long and never lift. She also does French and simple nails amazingly!!

I’m so glad I found this place! I was in need of my nails being done and I was in the area with only 1 hr 45 min before work! I called and they fit me in right away. I came in for nexgen only because I wasn’t sure if I had enough time for a pedicure as well. However, they accommodated me for both at the same time! Great service and thankful they were able to fit me in.

This was my first time going to this nail salon and it was such a refreshing experience. So relaxing and fun. I’m someone who feels a little intimidated going someplace new but Kait made me feel right and made sure I was in love with the color and the shape of my nails. Definitely coming back and telling all my friends!
