Nail It is the best! The salon has such a cute, welcoming environment, and the people are truly the nicest. Hanh and Kim always go above and beyond—they’re the best!

Came in last minute to this super clean, very friendly nail place. Kim and Hanh followed my preferences exactly. It was a very precise but efficient mani pedi. The prices were great, too- less than the place in Newton Centre normally go to. Very happy with my nails.

I’ve been going here since I moved to Newton, the owner is nice, but one person in particular is condescending and I always get a bad vibe from her. Granted I tip all the time and sometimes I over tip, but the past two interactions I’ve had with this particular person I would never step in there again. I don’t if she thought I was broke or what but I make 100k annually and the last two times she tried to embarrass me over leaving a tip when I always do, by the way a tip is a courtesy it’s not a requirement. It made me feel uncomfortable and both of us are women of color. Never again will I give them my business.

I’m not one for bad reviews, as I know what it can do to a small business unless truly a bad experience is given. But this was my second time (I had a manicure the first time, I came back due to having a gift card) and was hoping my second visit was a better experience. It was $29 for a basic pedicure. I was in there for less than 25 minutes, 8 of those minutes were spent under the dryer for my toes. There was hardly any cuticle work, a quick massage, no clear bottom or top coat were done. And no detail was given to the painting of my toes (note some paint on my skin). My original nail tech got up and walked into the bathroom after the massage without saying a word, thankfully someone else came over to paint my toes and complete my pedicure. I also very much dislike being pressured into
