You should respect customers wishes when they decline an offer. No, I don’t want the foot file used on my feet because I know as a shop, you aren’t legally suppose to use it. I also told the older lady that was going to do my nails that I did NOT want a new set 3 times. She still proceeded to grab a dish of acetone and dip my fingers which I immediately reiterated that I told her I did NOT want a new set placed. Now I have to walk around with cut down nails, prepped for a fill that never happened Smh. My nails look a mess! Listen to your customers. You all also have a bad habit of mentioning the prices. I really love this location and the workers. Whatever I ask for I get. Amie does my nails so beautiful and she does excellent on my lashes. Also Mom is so great with nail and eyebrows. She does the best eyebrows. Tell them Tee sent you.

I love getting my nails and feet done at this salon. The entire staff is so nice and friendly. Amy does a fabulous job on my nails, and Lee does a magnificent nod on my feet.

This was my first time going and I will say that the customer service was above amazing! The lady that did my nails (Kim) needs to be bubble wrapped and protected at all cost!! After the CARE, CONCERN, QUALITY OF WORK and CUSTOMER SERVICE that I received during my visit today means that I will most definitely be back!! You have a NEW CUSTOMER!!! The prices were the norm for me, so there was no big change there. The environment was quiet and peaceful. However, music playing would have been a nice touch, but still no complaints. The lady who did my pedicure (I apologize for not knowing your name) did an amazing job as well. I appreciate the great customer service ladies and we will be back soon!
