Great atmosphere, not overcrowded, The ladies and the gentleman are really nice. They ask throughout the service, if you like it and make adjustments if needed. I drive 15 miles just to go to this nail shop because they do beautiful work and it's so relaxed in their shop. I found them while my husband was next door at the DMV and I decided to just step in there. I've been back 3 times and love my nails💓. I don't do drama, and I refuse to spend my money where I don't feel appreciated. I haven't had my nails professionally done in 2 years for that reason. But Nail Image is different and I tell everyone that compliments my nails about them. 💅

Mae just gave me the best pedicure I've had in years! Very nice. Not rushed. I've been coming here for a couple years, but this time I had to leave a 5 star review!

Hear me clear. PHAN is the BEST nail tech in the building, BUT she’s rude and condescending. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience, this isn’t the place for you. The workers here are VERY LOUD! There’s no use in trying to watch the news because they talk over the TV. I recently cut Phan's tip down because I got tired of the poor customer service. I asked her why the pedicure towels weren’t sanitized properly and she got upset. Washing used towels out in the bathroom and using them on your customer's legs and feet is against the law! It’s time for the health department to visit this salon! I was told that she’s out of the country for five months for questioning her😜 I will gladly take my business to a more upscale spa.

HORRIBLE experience! Nails filed crooked, leaving the nail bed exposed. The ladies sounded like a hen house with the constant talking and giggling. Didn't pay any attention to the customers, at all!

I’m very disappointed with the way I was greeted when I walked in. It wasn’t friendly at all and I felt uncomfortable right away. I was confused about who was going to do my pedicure and the lady came over didn’t speak at all. I sat down at the first chair as the lady at the front desk said too. The water was hot and then turned cold immediately. I didn’t understand what she was saying to me due to my uncomfortable feelings. She had me place my feet in the water and walked away. I sat there confused and she was on her phone at another table. I sat there wondering what was going on. I got up to leave the shop and that’s when all of sudden she yelled out something started to come do my feet. I wasn’t pleased with the interaction and I was done.
