Nail Genie

Visited the place twice in a group. The service is not consistent. It depends on the person who is working with you. The pedicure is not relaxing and not long enough for the amount. They dont even show the rate card when you enter and just bill you without any prior knowledge. We were overcharged both the times with being aware of the extra services.

Very bad experience and never again. I did deep powder with cat eye but they don’t have the red I want so I was not so happy with color but was ok. The nail tech didn’t complete the process , asked me to put my hand under the UV light and just move on with next customer, so unprofessional, was talking shit in their language . I wish I can put the picture of my nails that came out in tumb and middle finger in just one week. Deep powder stay on my fingers more then a month.

I went twice here both for mani and pedi both times . They didn't even do for 10 minutes first time saying I am late. Second time I asked for mani and pedi, the women told do you want extensions? I said no, then she said I will put powder, I said okay . Later she put my bill for full powder set same as my friends extensions. And I go for pedi for relaxation but here we can't turn on massager as they want to do my fullest while I am having my pedicure, which is very uncomfortable.

Nail genie is the best, been coming here for a couple years now. Nina does my nails and I love them every single time, Cindy is the sweetest super welcoming. Also love Dayna for pedicures, So many colors, designs, charms and gems to choose from. Love this nail shop!!

I took the majority of the photos still in the parking lot, immediately after getting them done. I added another from a few hours later, of two of the nails already chipped off. I went in to get acrylics removed, and then a manicure. They didn’t even remove the full acrylic nail like I needed. the square shape of the nails are because of the leftover acrylic. The paint job is horrendous & even the nail shape with the leftover acrylics is so ugly. I’m embarassed these are my hands.
