Nail Garden Burbank

I have gone to this Nail Garden since it opened. I was very happy with it for a few years. Then my pedicures and occasional manicures were just not that great. They use the big plastic liners for the bowls. I hate that contribution to the landfills when they could properly clean and sanitize between clients. Also they slice a hole in the plastic so the used dirty water runs into the bowl anyway. A couple years ago when the technician got a scissor to make the hole she did it with my feet still in it and made a 2 inch long cut on the arch of my foot. I could tell she was shocked because of the look on her face and she didn’t even speak to me. She cleaned my foot a little then started to proceed with the rest of the pedi. Leila & Arlet are AMAZING! So convenient the location and the prices are really fair by today’s standards. They do such a nice job. If you need a quick nail fix or gel services they are great!

In the pictures look at the nail polish one day after I went to this place. And you can see that broken nail, they gave me so much pain. I went there to remove my gel X, do not waste your money at this place, the lady cut my nail from the middle just by using the tools to remove my gel x. It’s been a month and I asked for money back. I have pain and my nail was bleeding. I’m going to upload some pictures so everyone can see it. And pay attention to the nail polish they applied to my nails. Next morning when I woke up I couldn’t believe my eyes, the nail polish was completely messed up. I went back there to talk to the owner which she wasn’t there, they took my number and promised me they are going to call me but that didn’t happen. I talked to a lawyer about it and waiting for the results.

Mary and Layla did my engagement manicure and pedicure, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They took so much care to make sure everything was perfect, from getting the exact shade I wanted to shaping my nails beautifully. Even though it was regular polish (high stakes!), they made sure it looked flawless and long-lasting. I felt genuinely cared for the whole time, and left feeling so happy and confident. Highly recommend!
