I got S&S tips here and I’ve had the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The nails started snapping by the second day and I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary, by the second week 8/10 of the nails were gone. And most of this happened before the second week. I went on vacation about a week and a half after I got them done, so I was never able to go back to get them fixed until today. I either wanted a new set, refund, or at least a gel manicure. Every nail was broke in half. It didn’t completely fall off, so it just looked like a mess. I had to push extremely hard in order for them to at least take them off for me. Their costumer service is disgusting. I also showed them pictures with dates to prove that nails fell off by the first week.

I have been coming here about 10yrs and they are so nice and friendly. Iam so pleased with all the sanitized tools and pedi liners. The most important thing is the safety due to COVID. My gels last forever and spa plus pedicure is awesome with 20min extra massage. Thankyou Suzy and Paul!

The owners really take care of their customers. When I go to other places I feel rushed ....but not here. They take their time and make sure you feel relaxed. They even give you a massage while you're getting your manicure.

My friend recommended this nail salon, I’m honestly more than happy and pleased amazing staff and Susan she is the best I really recommend this place super clean and very organized.

They did a sloppy job on both my gel manicure with tips and gel pedicure. The place looks dirty and it was the worst nail place I have been to.
