Nail Fever

This is my favorite non-appointment shop in the Fayetteville area. I come all of the way from Riverdale to come here. They have a clean and quiet shop. The ladies are all attentive. It’s a relaxing environment. May get busy at times but I go in the middle of the week in the afternoon and it’s pretty quiet. My photos are from a previous visit but this time I got a naked mani pedi.

Reply- I did not just leave. They asked me if I could come back. I said no, I will just go somewhere else, and the guy said “ok. Sorry about that.” No “explanation” was about to be given. Been going here for MANY years! Won’t be back! Came in just for a pedicure. There were 3 people in the chairs and 1 of them was putting her shoes on and she was getting up. Plenty of workers in there, and they asked me to come back an hour and 15 minutes later. No can do, I’ll go somewhere else! Miss the days when Peter owned it. Never would have done that!

Was trying to decide if I wanted to go to this Salon or another. After reading the reviews of this place I decided to give it a try. While it wasn't horrible, it wasn't a place I would want to return to either. DH and I decided to walk-in and get a plain manicure. Since we were walk-ins, it was not a surprise to wait a bit. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we were taken to chairs where we waited another 15 mins and then about 20 mins for actual manicure. I only give those times to share that we were at the salon a good bit. While at the salon, there were six others receiving services and another pair of walk ins arrived along with another client who clearly had a appt. Me & My Friend Came Intown To Get On A Business Trip! We Stopped At This Nail Salon Which Was Close To Where I Got My Hair Done ! They Lady Messed Up My Friend Toes & Refused To Fix It! My friend asked for acrylic big toe & you can’t even tell its acrylic added to her toes ! It’s still looks like her regular toe! The lady argued with us instead of taking the price down from her not being satisfied with her feet ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT COME HERE !

Inexperienced , not using clean tools, used cuticle clippers instead of nail clippers cracked toenail first clip! Manicure was brutal an hour and a half and several cuts & overfile , nail hanging out and nothing is the same shape ! Chunks of SNS left under and around nails, see photos! Do not recommend ! Not using sanitary tools and very inexperienced staff! This was the manicure/pedicure was time stamped 30 minutes after appointment ! The photos show the end result of services and clearly are not baseless! Very defensive rude management .
