Nail Fairy

I went in for an acrylic full set and asked for the nail bed to look natural—not thick or wide. Instead, the tips were trimmed extremely narrow in a V-shape, and once the acrylic was applied, they looked very unnatural. I also had to ask for the nails to be even because the ones on my right hand were noticeably longer. The technician didn’t seem very friendly, and she appeared annoyed when I told her I didn’t want the narrow tips after she had already trimmed them. I had mentioned several times that I wanted a soft square shape. After that, what was supposed to be a relaxing Sunday treat turned into a “I can’t wait to get out of here” experience. I kept thinking, “Why didn’t I just go to Magic Nails?” I used to come here years ago and wanted to give it another chance, but now I remember

Again, I come to this place, giving it the benefit of the doubt and again they disappoint me got my nails done by the guy with the glasses who runs the shop every time I go to this man and he messes up my nails! Why do I let him do my nails who knows but I just got my nails done not even a couple hours ago and one breaks off!!! Literally not even an hour later when I tell you how pissed I am is an understatement! Do not go here it’s a rip off these nails are cheap and if I didn’t live 35 minutes away I will go back and get my money back because this is ridiculous and tomorrow’s New Year’s Eve I cannot😡 sooooo pissed off and Disappointed!!!!!!!

I travel a lot and have had my share of good and bad manicure pedicures. This is a 5 star experience! They had me and other customers in and out, with quality service and cleanliness! I hands down recommend them if ur ever in the suburbs of Chicago.

I’ve been getting dip manicures here for years now and always leave happy! My nails are always done perfectly, the staff is very accommodating, and they just renovated the salon. Highly recommend going here!

Very mixed results when coming here but one constant is that it’s always rushed. My manicure wasn’t even done all the way down to the bottom of my nail so they won’t last long at all as it looks like they’ve already grown out. Plus they didn’t even put a top/clear coat for my pedicure and it got messed up within the 1 minute it took me to walk out to my car. It’s not like they did an AWFUL job, but not worth the money for the quality of something I could do the same for at home.
