Nail Expert One

HIGHLY disappointed at the service overall. Had two incidents happen, not including mine. First, a customer paid for something she did not get done when she had clearly stated it several times before the service was rendered. Second, a lady came in for a repair and the nail tech basically shaved off her cuticle to the point where the lady winced out loud & left. My experience is one that definitely needs to be said because I don’t want anyone else paying for what I paid for. I specifically asked the nail tech I saw if he (guy with the tooth necklace) could do this design (see pic). He stated he could, just not exact replica. Well I can understand not doing the same shapes but doing a COMPLETELY different design all together? He simply could’ve suggested another one of the nail techs but no

I came here for an eyebrow and lipwax 3 days ago. No complaints about the eyebrows, they were done excellent. As far as my lip wax, I am HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. The wax was way too hot and I was burned severely. I have to go about my day wearing a max because of the damage done to my skin!! This is the worst wax experience I have ever had. If you’re thinking about getting a lip wax here DONT. 🤬🤬

Coming back today 5-07-2025 it's over due and much needed

Me and my wife came in to get pedicures and my wife a manicure. This college worker i think her name is Anne, was a very very proactive worker. My wife didn’t even know what she wanted but staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Nails turned out to be better than expected and we made some friends!! It’s really refreshing to have quality nail salons here at home rather than having to go all the way to Raleigh or Greenville for service!!

It's nice but expensive for the service that I get. I'm paying over $100 each visit. The place I go to in Wilson is cheaper but more busy. So I settle but I'm there like 3 hrs and that's just too long. The service is good though but for what I pay it should be better quality
