This place did a horrible job on my mani/pedi. The lady who did my nails seemed like a beginner. She didn’t know how to do any designs except offer me a sticker on my nails. And when she was done some of my nails were slightly crooked. The guy who did my feet, OMG I’m paying for it in pain as we speak. He must have knicked something in my toe because the pain I feel today I HAVE NEVER felt from a pedicure. 2 days later and my toe went from sore to swollen to puss coming out. I am not from this city and took a chance based off the high rating. I regret it so much. I trust these reviews for great service but they cannot be real based off the service I experienced. I left with a basic French tip & a half polished pedicure. This place is not worth it. This is my honest review and save yoursel

Stopped in from out of state for a fill and gel. The staff was super kind. Got me in within 30 mins despite being busy! Ps - Not sure why they have some angry reviews because it doesn’t seem at fault of the shop, staff or their services. Unfortunately, I think our culture has just bred some very entitled demanding customers who have no patience or empathy. While I was there, I witnessed a customer literally screaming at the staff because she had been waiting for 15 minutes (which is wild… it was a Friday evening… of course they’re busy… make an appointment if you want to confirm a spot). Overall, very happy with my nails. $45 for a fill. $1 credit card fee. $10 tip. = $56 total. The gal that helped me was efficient, diligence and nice.

It does help to call ahead and schedule an appointment! My mom and I got manicures and pedicures for an affordable price, and they do tell you to come back for another treatment! Amazing service 10/10

Googled a nail place and it came up a 4.5 Went in on a Sunday night just for a polish change. I had a set done a week prior somewhere else and it was chipping. This place decided I should just get a fill. From the time I sat down the girl didn't speak to me rushed to file off the gel, did the fill it so horrible and bumble and missed spots, then passed me on to a guy. He was nice but at the same time was deciding what designs he liked better. I was not happy with that. Charge me $75 for "a freestyle design" that I did not pick. I will not go back I know what I want and like and don't need them to tell me what's better. These are the worst nails I've had. Bumpy lumpy design was not on point. I've paid cheaper and had exceptional work done. Don't let these ppl tel YOU what they want.
