After paying, the nail technician took part of my change without asking and assumed it was their tip. I will not ever go back!

Ms Kim and the ladies are friendly, charming,and patient. They take their time to do a wonderful job. I have been going there as a regular customer since I moved here in 2018. They listen to your concerns and suggestions. The facility is always clean and well sanitized according to pandemic regulations. Mask are required for everyone! I had the full treatment of a spa pedicure and a fill of gell silac nails semi- long. Everything was wonderful. She stayed to the appointment I made in advance. I will continue to go back and recommend to anyone. If you want a superb place to go this is the place. Ms Kim has been in the business for a long time and is well experienced. very very worst place and service .... told them to make longer ... she made fun size my nail... my all friends are laughing at my nail... she was being so egoistic.... please guys never ever visit there..... This made me cry... And though telling them they Didn't apologize.. if i have to again I have to pay They say me .... Thats hurts the most .....

I’ve been going to this place for years. Kate was my nail tech. My nails were always perfect. I was never overcharged. I always had great service. Up until recently. Suddenly everything went up $5-$10. I chipped an acrylic toe, that shouldn’t have chipped. The guy did a poor job on my acrylic. I also wanted my nails trimmed down. I go to get my nails trimmed and my toe fixed and they are charging me. Which is ridiculous! I’ve never been charged to get my nails fixed. So basically, I’m being charged twice for the same set. Yeah, I’m done coming here. Been coming here since 2016. It was nice while it lasted.

Dont really understand the bad reviews, the ladies their are heartwarming and make great conversation! As I was doing my pedicure I read reviews and was scared but to be honest I love my nails! Never really liked doing my nails because it never came out right but the lady doing my nails honestly took her time! She did poke me twice but besides that really no bad reviews, their is a language barrier but the menu board is right next to the register for you too see!
