Horrible experience. Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. It was my first time, and I was in a rush, which is the only reason I went there. I clearly told her to just clean them up, but she removed nearly half the width of my eyebrows. She then proceeded to use a reusable razor on my eyebrows without asking. I had to tell her to stop. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had since I’ve been getting my nails done…I was charged $60 for a full gel nail set & the lady told me it was because my nail size was medium long which wasn’t true. All the nails weren’t even the same length & the pointer fingers were longer than the other nails. A customer was sitting on a chair in the room while I was getting my eyebrows done & her chair was relatively close. No privacy or personal space what so ever. To conclude my visit, upon paying she asked if I wanted to add the tip as if it was automatically expected…this isn’t a luxury nail salon & even the luxury ones charge less & provide better service. Patronize at your own risk.

They are always so kind and do such a great job. It is my 8 yr old daughters favorite place to get her nails done!

So I took my daughter to this nail salon on Saturday. It seemed like a decent place and my daughter just wanted something simple. We went around 1pm. There was 1 other customer in there and then my daughter and I, so they didn’t seem busy. I’m going to assume they didn’t have enough people working because for the 3 and a half hours (we got done at 4pm) we sat there only one women was doing nails. As more people kept coming in, including a women who claims she was already waiting, the one women worked on doing two different sets of nails. She kept stopping my daughters nails to go do the other women’s. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I think the most disappointing part was the fact my daughter just wanted plain acrylic nails with a French tip but the tip in black instead of white. The total came to

I go here off and on. It's my spot when I'm in a pinch. Its clean and they are friendly. They offer you wine or a soft drink. I have a main place in Charlotte. However I have no complaints, this was a good back up. I kept it simple, nothing fancy. Pretty in Pink I recently returned and I love the shape, excellent job❤️
