Nail Castle

The tech was professional and really nice. However, highly disappointed with the service. New full set. Nails cracked and came off the first week. Never again.

I went in today at 2 to get a pedicure. The lady that was doing nails asked the man did he want to take me and he answered yes. I waited for 30 minutes just for this man to come over to me and tell me they have the right to refuse service to anyone so I was like ok. Then he proceeded to say we are refusing you service today and I asked him why. He told me I was too big for the pedicure chair they had a weight requirement. Keep in mind that was not my first time there I was just there last month and I had no problem with sitting in the pedicure chair. It was belittling and embarrassing. I don’t have low-self esteem at all but this hurt my feelings and made me cry when I called my daughter to tell her.

I came in for a removal and acrylic polish. He gave me every excuse on why he didn't want to do my nails. He kept mentioning that it was going to be expensive like I care, but I'm glad he didn't want to assist me because I don't want to spend my money with anyone who doesn't appreciate my business anyway.

Waited 2 hours for nothing all I got was 1 nail repaired a fill and a regular toe polish for 65 never coming again that’s to much I had all my nails for my last nail visit ..and they charged me full price of a full set. And he didn’t even know how to do designs.

The owners are THE friendliest people! Service is always on point and I’ll recommend anyone who loves friendly, kind, and professional service!!!
