Nail Care Spa

This is hands-down the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. They messed up my gel manicure, charged me an extra $20, and the gel peeled completely off the very next day. While doing my nails, we politely told the tech they were rushing — and they literally responded in English by saying they “don’t speak English.” The whole interaction felt dismissive and racially charged. When I came back the next day to get my nails redone, they refused to fix them and refused to give me a refund. I called to try and negotiate for my mother, and the man on the phone hung up on me twice. Shockingly unprofessional and rude. They overcharge, do terrible work, and treat customers with zero respect. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Hands down the Absolute worst set of nails and overall Salon experience i have had in my entire life. While shop was esthetically pleasing, it was dirty and employees were laid out in pedicures cares and all over the manicure stations taking full blown naps! It was extremely unprofessional . If you do go, Do not, I REPEAT , DO NOT go to the nail tech with the full sleeve tattoo on her right arm. She has no ideas what she’s doing! (See photos b4 French tip) I literally had to stop her after she argued that she was going to be able to fix all of the issues (see photo) when she filed them down. In the past I have done my own nails but recently decided to treat myself and let someone else pamper me. So far, so good. I’ve been here about 4 times for both pedi and manis! They’ve done an excellent job. I will say that I prefer the male technicians for my manicures. The place is clean. The technicians are attentive and offer suggestions, while clearly telling you the prices in advance. (So I can’t complain about those additional charges.) I just wish I spoke their language so I’d understand some of the conversations they are having! 4.5 Stars

Went here to get a quick pedicure which is not my usual spot but was close. I went for a gel pedicure and acrylic removed on big toe. Cause of improper removal on my big toes they are now soft and breaking. Do not here!!!

Let me say, this is as much my fault as anyone's. Because I need to find a salon I really like, with consistent service, so that I can just be a regular. The PRO: walked in on a Saturday with no appointment and no wait. CONS: Everything else. The nail polish is a modge podge of random brands - most old and dried needing to be thinned out with nail polish remover to use. The tech isn't nice, friendly, welcoming AT ALL. You'd think she'd rather be watching college football. Guess what...me too lady! I had to ask if she was going to show me the menu (15 mins into my pedicure) or if she had just decided what I was getting. The list has maybe 4-5 five types of pedicure services with marker through stuff once included in them but the same prices. EVEN as I sit here typing this this tech is MUCH
