Nail By Susan

Unhappy with this place, the pedicure itself less then 15min. No quality message, the polish looks like it was done by a 7 year old, sloppy nail polish job. I don't recommend this nail salon. Thought I would give it a try and was not worth it. The lady was kind, but didn't even talk to me. Definitely not a five star place. Not coming back to this location. One is able to tell the difference between this place and a high end nail salon in a ski town. I'm very annoyed I wasted my money. I dislike having a rushed service. I come in with no expectations whatsoever. Needless to say had to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

I am from out of town and needed a fill done for my acrylic nails. Susan got me quick. I also experienced Susan watching something on her phone with ear buds. Thought to myself rude, but whatever! She was very short with me, telling me to sit straight, turning my hand. She then proceeded to tell me that whoever had done my nails before used cheap products and that she uses the more expensive products. When she was finished she told me that my old nails were thick and too fat and that she thinned them out and made them more narrow. I left not being too impressed. The next day I noticed that one of the nails had broke. I was not happy! If I had stayed in town I would've went back and had her fix it, but unfortunately we were back on the road. I would not recommend her
