I'm Sophie, the employee who served Chi l .When you came in, you said you wanted a manicure and in pedicure, with a budget of under $100 told you the manicure was $35 and the pedicure was $60totaling $95 and you said "Okay." So I used a small machine to buff your toenails, remove dead skin, etc. Then I noticed your soles had very thick and hard calluses, so l applied a softening agent, wrapped your feet with tape to soften the skin, and then used a metal file to remove about four ounces of dead skin. After I finished, you said it wasn't clean enough and you wanted me to continue the pedicure. I said, "If you need extra time, removing the dead skin will cost an extra $10 because l've already spent a lot of time on it." You said, "No problem, I'm willing to pay an extra $10 to continue." I called ahead to book a 2 PM appointment to make sure they had an opening and to avoid the holiday rush. They were ready for me on time. I got a beautiful manicure, and the staff was really attentive—checking in to see if I liked the color and making sure I was happy with every detail. The whole experience was smooth and relaxing. Great service and I’m very satisfied. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give them zero stars it would be better because they arent even worth one. Ive been here numerous times over the last 7 years for both manicures and pedicures and each time it just gets worse and worse. I can stay after this laat time I will not be returning. I went for a pedicure when they opened at 10am with my sister in law, Saturday morning. There was currently one worker there at the opening of business. My sister in law got her pedicure started while I had to wait another 10-20 mins for another employee to show up. I had already checked in, and told the first employee there that I wanted a basic pedicure, with regular nail polish and gave her the number of the color because she had asked. My wife went there today for regular pedicures they did not scrub her feet unless you pay an extra $10. The woman working on her feet barely filed her toes, barely buffed and removed her cuticles. And was very rude. My wife was very upset and still paid $50 for the service on her feet so far, but did not want the manicure or her toes painted. The lady was rude and as my wife was leaving she stood by the door exit and said "She needed to leave a tip for the work she did and that this is America and my wife has the money to leave the tip". Who the hell says that to her. She will never go back there again. And recommends no one go there.

I came here for the first time this past weekend, and overall it was a great experience. The pictures online of their work + the positive reviews is what drew me in. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was taken back right on time for my scheduled appointment. I had a full set acrylic done by Shirley and I absolutely love how it turned out. She took her time, made suggestions, and made sure I was happy with the end result (definitely was). Prices are reasonable/average, and the salon was clean and welcoming. I will be back! Update- have been going here consistently and love it! FiFi is also great and had a great pedicure with Sweta!
