We had a great experience here, not sure why it’s only rated three stars. The employees were super amazing and especially Dan, he was very nice and did a new design and was very open to helping me. He even charged my phone when it was about to die, and he did a great job! Our nails came out great and the wait was fine because there was only two employees, we wanted to give them a hug.

Today I brought a friend who is in a wheelchair into the nail salon for a gel manicure. She had the pleasure of having her nails done by Dan, who was very understanding, gentle and checked in with her to be sure she was comfortable. Her nails are absolutely gorgeous and ready for Christmas! I will be bringing her back again!

I’ve been a regular customer at this nail salon, but after today’s experience, I am beyond frustrated. I made an appointment for 2:10 PM, even calling beforehand to confirm the best time to come. They told me 2:10 would work, so I went there on time. When I arrived, no one even acknowledged me. I stood there waiting for 15 minutes while one of the workers kept walking back and forth, not even asking why I was there or what service I needed. I finally spoke up and mentioned I had an appointment at 2:10, but instead of addressing the issue, she just said nothing and walked back to her client, ignoring me completely. This is so unprofessional. If they were too busy to honor my appointment, they should not have asked me to come at that time. It was a complete waste of my time, and now I have

I had a rather disappointing experience at this nail salon. I originally went in for a dip powder manicure, which is supposed to be durable and last for two weeks. However, one of my nails chipped just a few days after the appointment. To be proactive, I called the salon ahead of time to schedule a nail repair for the following day. Everything seemed set. However, when I arrived as scheduled, I was blindsided with the news that the person who initially did my nails wasn't present. Apparently, this meant I couldn't get my nail fixed. This was a huge inconvenience and showed a severe lack of consistency and professionalism on their part. Horrible. Rude. The woman doing my nails said 4 words to me in the entire 15 minutes she spent doing my gel French manicure. No smile, wouldn't even look me in the eyes. She was rough. Thanks for the blob of lotion at the end when she couldn't be bothered or care less.My nails were medium length and now they're crooked nubs. I spent a half hour in my car trying to salvage what was left with my nail file. There are so many nail places around now, you'd think she would have put a little effort on for a new customer. I won't be back. Word to the wise- if you are so burned out, hate people, or your job- just quit. Find a new career.
